This three-bedroom, two-bathroom 73 m2 exterior apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment has electric heating and electric water heating. You may dry your clothes on an individual drying rack on the apartment’s terrace or balcony. The price of rent does NOT include utilities (water, electricity, heating, and WiFi). The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month).

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Matilde Cantos in the Norte section of Granada. This apartment is ideal for those looking to be near the Facultad de Ciencias de la Actividad Física y el Deporte. In addition to being in a quiet residential area, the area has plenty of bus service to get you into the city center. The area of the apartment is 73 m2.

What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, oven, an electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher (ideal for those not keen on washing their dishes by hand)
- The living room has plenty of space for storage and lounging
- This apartment is in a building with a pool (perfect for hot Andalusian summers) and parking, ideal for those wanting to have a car in order to take advantage of being near ski slopes and beaches
- There are two bathrooms for three bedrooms, and both can be used to shower
Things to keep in mind
- Utilities (water, electricity, heating, and WiFi) are NOT included in the price of rent
- As 2 of the rooms are currently occupied, we were not able to take pictures during our visit.
