This 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom exterior duplex apartment is located along Calle Rejas de San Cecilio in the Realejo district. This area served as Granada’s old Jewish Quarters and its picturesque streets are filled with whitewashed houses. Nestled in the heart of this historic neighborhood, the apartment for rent is charmingly decorated with soft colors and traditional wooden furniture. The highlight of this luminous flat is no doubt the rooftop patio: the terrace, lined with potted plants and furnished with patio furniture, looks over the beautiful rooftops and hillside of Granada. The property, spanning 180 m2, serves as a excellent place to socialize and relax with fellow roommates and friends!
What we liked the most
- With seven bedrooms, this large flat will always be animated, making it an ideal living arrangement for social people wanting to meet new people.
- There is a rooftop patio with excellent views of the Granada rooftops and hillside.
- The apartment is a mix of modern and traditional, with furniture being made of wood contrasted with new amenities.
- The rental price includes electricity, water, and wi-fi, so tenants only have to worry about gas bills.
