This 5 bedroom apartment has 4 single rooms and 1 double room for rent. There is 1 shared bathroom and 2 ensuite bathrooms and all bedrooms are exterior and come with their own independent key. This comfortable exterior apartment has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area, which is where you will also find the washing machine. This flat is located right in the city centre, on Darrillo de la Magdalena street. From this convenient centric location you can walk to shops, restaurants, supermarket and some of the city's main landmarks such as the cathedral, the Alhambra and Plaza Nueva.
What we liked the most
- The large common room is very nicely presented, providing tenants with a pleasant room to get together and relax outside of their rooms.
- There are 2 fridges providing enough space for everyone living in the flat to store their food.
- The living area has two sofas and a large dining table. There is also a TV allowing you to watch it while you eat or from the comfort of the sofas.
- The shared bathroom is very tidy and nicely presented using white tiles in both the floors and walls. There is a bathtub and a shelving unit to store toiletries.
- Bedrooms 1 and 3 have their own balconies.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen doesn't have an oven, but there is an electric stove and a microwave.
- There is only 1 shared bathroom but rooms 3 and 4 have their own ensuite.
