Each room is comfortably furnished and the residence hall comes with a fully equipped kitchen, but tenants don't have to worry about cooking all the time since meals are included. The large and bright common room has a TV with plenty of couches and is a great place to relax and socialize with others. The residence hall is in the heart of the city and not too far from various schools such as Facultad de Traducción e Interpretacion, Facultad de Derecho and Colegio Regina Mundi. This makes it a great location for students who want to be close to campus and enjoy the city sights and nightlife. There are various plazas nearby to explore and the best shopping in the city is found in the Centro. Overall, it's a great neighbourhood where you can find a little bit of everything. The area of the residence hall is 680 m2.
