Several spacious rooms are available to rent in a shared house with pool access in the central and historic Albaicín. The property is large and spacious, and it has a large balcony for tenants to enjoy. The living room is cosy and sunny, and it has plenty of space for tenants to relax, watch TV, and spend time with roommates. The kitchen has everything you need, including a large fridge, an oven, an electric stove, a microwave, a table and chairs, and lots of storage space and other appliances. Off of the kitchen, you will find an additional patio, where you can dry your clothes. Downstairs, you will find a small bathroom with just a toilet, while upstairs you will find the full bathroom with a large bathtub.
The Albaicín is one of Granada's most iconic, historic neighbourhoods. Full of history, restaurants, bars, and shops, the Albaicín has all of the best of Granada-- and it is just walking distance or a short bus ride away from anywhere you need to go!

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a heating unit, a desk, a TV, some shelving, and a standalone wardrobe. There is a street view from the window. Couples are allowed to rent the room.

- The property is located near the historic, gorgeous Albaicín neighborhood. Wow!
- There is a spacious balcony with lots of plants in the house.
- The property has pool access, which is ideal for those hot Granada summers!
- There is parking available to tenants.
