Luminous 7th floor studio for rent, located on Avenida de Madrid in the Plaza de Toros area, just a short walk to Granada train station. The fantastic studio, featuring a living space with a single bed, a desk and a kitchenette, is a perfect choice for those who prefer to live close to public transportation as well as University of Granada. You will be living just minutes from Plaza del Triunfo, in a popular and student-friendly neighborhood, full of shops, supermarkets and cafes. The area of the apartment is 40m2.
What we liked the most
- The main living area is luminous due to its large window facing the street.
- Bright furniture, space and storage areas give the studio a welcoming atmosphere.
- The studio has an excellent bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.
- Granada train station is just a short walk away - perfect for those commuting to other cities in Spain.

- The kitchen does not have an oven, however, a microwave and a stove are provided.
