This apartment has a combined living room/bedroom/kitchen area with views to the quiet internal courtyard. It is located on the 3rd floor with lifts. Cosy and sweet, it has been newly renovated through out with new appliances and furnishing such as an expandable table, closets, shelves and storage under the bed. A tiny but functional kitchen with a mini fridge and all the plates and cups that you need is ready at your disposal. The bathroom is separated from the shower which is combined with the laundry which then leads out into a large terrace, perfect for lounging around. Parking is a bit tricky in this area, but if you are studying or working in the city centre, it is perfect for you.
This is a beautiful area with all the amenities that you need right on your doorstep - tapas bars, cafes, Plaza De La Trinidad, shopping and Carrefour Express Párraga a 5 minutes walk away. You are right next to Granada Cathedral and the facility of law as well as many other historical sites.
What we liked the most
- There is a large terrace which can catering for laundry, entertainment, lounging in the summer sun and more.
- Beautiful wooden ceiling.
- It is a renovated and brand new apartment.
- Plenty of storage space and very comfortable for a student or a worker in the city centre.
Things to keep in mind
- This studio apartment only has a sofa bed which does not fold out.
