This modern studio apartment on Calle San Matías, in the city centre, has a loft single bed and is beautifully decorated. The exterior property is compact but comes with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a TV, wardrobe, and an equipped kitchen. The bathroom is located outside of the studio, but it is for the exclusive use for this property and is modern and spacious.
This charming historical neighbourhoods is one of the best areas to live in Granada, offering plenty to see and do. Several buses stop nearby, and you will find shops, supermarket, and all the essential amenities in the streets surrounding the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- The studio receives plenty of natural light.
- The kitchen has a microwave and half-refrigerator.
- There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV.
- There is a shared terrace in the building offering beautiful panoramic views.
- Raquel the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
- There is no AC in the apartment.
- You private bathroom is located outside of the studio, just down the hallway.
