This 90 m², 3-bedroom apartment for rent is a very modern and stylish property located in the heart of Istanbul. The apartment is truly special with a balcony connected to the kitchen, another balcony for the bedrooms, and a large terrace. The living room and kitchen have an open layout and its elegant decor and all of the natural light, it is truly a cozy space to sit back and relax. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room.

The apartment is located in the lively neighborhood of Beyoğlu. The apartment is minutes from the famous Taksim Square, the social hub of Istanbul.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has multiple balcones and a huge terrace.
  • The living room is furnished with 2 leather couches, a coffee table, plants, shelving, storage, a large dining table, and a TV.
  • There is a corner nook with a sofa – perfect for reading.
  • Bedroom 1 comes with its own private shower.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, and dishwasher.
  • The main bathroom has a large standing shower and is equipped with a washing machine.
  • The washing machine can also be used as a dryer.
  • There are plenty of 24-hour shops on the same street and you are less than 5 minutes to Taksim Square.

Things to keep in mind

  • The 3rd room can only be reached by using a ladder.
  • Not all the rooms have AC.
