Rooms are available to rent in a 110 m², 4-bedroom apartment in Kadıköy on the Asian side of Istanbul. The apartment feels spacious and has plenty of natural light thanks to the multiple windows. It is would make a charming and convenient home for anyone relocating to this area of the city. You would be sharing with the landlady.
Kadıköy is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Istanbul and is situated on the northern shore of the Sea of Marmara, facing the the European side . It is has a relaxed atmosphere, similar to a slow and sleepy seaside town, but nevertheless has plenty to keep you entertained including the fantastic food in the market district and the spectacular views of the historic city on the other side of the river.

Bedroom 2 has a single bed, standalone wardrobe and a view of the street.
What we liked the most
- There is a dining table so you will not have to eat your meals in your bedroom.
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- There are fans available which is great for added ventilation.
- The property's proximity to the public transport is ideal for quick and easy travel around the city.
- This is a great location for students as İstanbul Medeniyet Üniversitesi and Marmara University can be found in this area.

- There is no dryer available with the property but there is plenty of space for a rack to dry your clothes.
