Charming studio apartment for rent in Kadıköy. Although compact, this studio is extremely comfortable featuring a queen-size bed, plenty of storage space, a kitchenette and large windows overlooking the street. The apartment building has a common laundry area.
This area is calm and residential, perfect for anyone wishing to adapt to a slow-paced life. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Kadıköy ferry terminal and close to Söğütlüçeşme train station. Students will also have easy access to Doğuş Üniversitesi, reachable in 15 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus.
What we liked the most
- The roof offers a fantastic view of the area and the sea.
- You can easily reach the ferry terminal in just 10 minutes on foot.
- The studio has large windows offering plenty of natural light.
- A ceiling fan is provided, perfect for summer stays.
Things to keep in mind
- The building of the apartment does not have an elevator.
- The kitchenette does not have an oven. However, a microwave is provided.
