This modern studio apartment with all new furnishings and fittings is available for rent in Şişli. The studio is quite bright, despite being a basement apartment, is nicely finished throughout, and has a window to the street on one wall. The apartment has AC and a large TV. The bedroom area is slightly separated from the rest of the apartment by curtains, and has a safe for your valuables in the closet.
The area you will live in is primarily residential, but you will find local shops, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants within a short walk. Nearby is the campus for İTÜ Mimarlık Fakültesi, and it is a short walk to Taksim square, where you can find some of the best shopping and nightlife in the city.
What we liked the most
- You will have AC; a must in the hot Istanbul summer.
- The apartment is really nicely decorated, with all modern fixtures and furnishings.
- You will be close to university, if you are a student, and a short walk from metro and other transport if you work in other areas of the city.
- Although a mostly residential area, there are lots of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen in this studio does not have an oven. However, it has a gas stove, and a portable electric oven.
