(it) A room is available for rent in a 4-bedroom apartment in a lovely home in Maisons-Alfort. As you walk onto the property, you’ll find a large front garden. As you open the door, you’ll find a lovely entrance hall and a staircase connecting the two floors. The other roommates are all students. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave and a stove. Up the stairs, you will find more rooms and the bathroom. The spacious bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. The landlady lives next-door to the bathroom. Both the front and back gardens are available for your use - ideal for sunny days!
If you’re looking for a suburban experience while living in Paris, Maisons-Alfort is for you. Calm and relaxing, this neighborhood is outside of Paris, but bus and metro connections make getting into the city center relatively easy. Around this neighborhood, there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Craving a kebab, head to Traiteur Istanbul. Supermarkets nearby include Carrefour City.

The room itself has plenty of natural light and is perfect for anyone coming to work or study in Paris.
