(it) There are rooms for rent in this 3-bedroom apartment with live-in landlady on Matīsa iela in Avoti. The apartment is bright and charming with glossy wooden floors. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and is situated next to the bathroom which has a shower/bath with the toilet located in a separate room.
This apartment is beautiful and located in a great area in Riga. The street it is located on has beautiful pastel coloured buildings and also has a church, retail stores and access to a park. There is great public transport in this area that can give you great access to the rest of the city.
