This 2-bedroom apartment with balcony is available for rent on Kotlarska in Grzegórzki. The apartment is fairly modern, with wooden floors and nice furniture. The kitchen is small but has good storage and a small table. Both bedrooms have 2 sofas that can be converted into single beds, and the bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
This neighbourhood is located near the Vistula river and the apartment is only a short walk to a beautiful botanical garden connected to Jagiellonian University. You have everything you need in the area including shops, supermarkets and restaurants of varied cuisines.
What we liked the most
- There is a large shopping mall within walking distance of this apartment.
- By public transport, you can reach the city centre within 15 minutes.
- The apartment has a lot of space to store belongings in the bedrooms and in the hallway.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook.
- The larger bedroom has access to a balcony that has a great view of the neighbourhood.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator.
- The kitchen is the only common area in this apartment as there is no living room. However, the bedrooms are spacious and could be used to socialise.
