This studio apartment for rent on Rue Francisco Ferrer is a ground floor, open-plan space. To get to your new home, you’ll walk through the front door and down a long hallway. At the end of this hall is a small bathroom with a shower cabinet. The door to your studio is on the left side of the hall. It’s a unique set-up, but everything is private. Inside, you have a wardrobe and bunk bed with a ladder. Underneath the bed is your sofa. There is a folding dining table, as well as a desk with a chair. And the kitchenette has cupboard space, as well as a fridge and gas stove.
Your new home in the Fives is a half-hour walk from the city center. You’re close, but not too close to the main rail lines. It’s definitely a little off the tourist path. But just because there aren’t monuments and museums everywhere, doesn’t mean it lacks excitement. The House of Photography is 10 minutes away. Lasécu art gallery is 5 minutes from your new home. You’ll find a public swimming pool nearby, as well as a supermarket.
What we liked the most
- The studio is small, but with a good utilization of space.
- There isn’t a lot of light, but you do get some from one window.
- The neighborhood offers some nice artistic and sport activities.
- You can walk to Lille 2 University of Health and Law within a half hour.
