This cozy 20 m² studio in trendy Vieux-Lille is perfect for 1 person. The studio has wood flooring and a window that keeps it bright and fresh. There is a sofa bed, desk, and small dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped and has some shelving units.
On Rue Maracci, you are on a pretty quiet street but just a few minutes' walk from plenty of amenities. You have cocktail bars, restaurants, museums, and a grocery store right around the corner. If you explore your neighborhood, you'll also find that despite not being in the city center there is quite a lively atmosphere with trendy shops and lots to do.
