This modern studio apartment to rent on Rue Maracci is on the 2nd floor. The open-plan space is sunny. There is a large window that overlooks the street, but it’s a quiet neighborhood. This area is furnished with a sofa-bed, standalone wardrobe, armchair, coffee table, and desk with a chair. There is also a dining counter with stools. The kitchenette is stylish and equipped. Near the entrance, you’ll find a cozy bathroom. It’s also modern and has a shower cabinet.
Vieux-Lille isn’t the heart of the city, but you can easily walk downtown within half an hour. There is a ton going on in your own neighborhood, though. You’re close to the birthplace of Charles de Gaulle. The Citadel is 20 minutes away. There is a dentist, a gym, banks and supermarkets located nearby. You’ll also find restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. And if you’re a student, IAE Lille business school is just a 5-minute walk around the corner.
What we liked the most
- The double bed converts into a sofa.
- There isn’t an oven, but otherwise the kitchenette is equipped.
- The IAE Lille business school is minutes away.
- You’ll find a supermarket within a 5-minute walk.
