This airy 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Avenida Rovisco Pais is ideal for professionals or postgraduates. It’s on the 4th floor, but the building does have an elevator. The open-concept kitchen, living and dining room has a large modern French balcony. You get a fantastic view from here. The one-wall kitchen is fully equipped and includes an island table with bar stools. The rest of the space has a trendy decor. The double bedroom also has a large window, and it has a spectacular walk-in closet fit for people with a lot of clothes!
Arroios has been undergoing a lot of changes in recent years. It’s modern, but retains the charm of days gone by. Wide roads are lined by limestone paved sidewalks. You’re just a 20-minute walk from the heart of the city. Instituto Superior Técnico is 5 minutes away. A few historical statues stand in place around this district, but it’s off the traditional tourist route. There are a couple of gyms close to your new home. There is a cinema and concert hall within a 15-minute walk and there are parks and supermarkets nearby too.
What we liked the most
- The decor is fashionable, but also comfortable.
- There is a washing machine and dryer on the property.
- The French balcony is great, and the view is even greater!
- The neighborhood is central. You’re close to downtown.
