A modern 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent in Benfica. The apartment has a sunny living room with lovely wood floors, where you can relax on the cozy couch after a long day exploring the city, or step outside onto the balcony for a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook up a storm, including an oven and a microwave.
Both bedrooms are spacious, and each is well-furnished with a cozy bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. In the bathroom, you'll find a bathtub where you can relax in after a long day.
You'll be living in Benfica, a well-connected neighborhood in northern Lisbon. Around the area, you'll find parks such as Parque Silva Porto, which is located 12 minutes away. There are several restaurants around; Matusuya (Japanese) located 10 minutes walk away or A Travessa Do Rio, located 13 minutes walk away are both highly recommended. For shopping, there are 2 big malls around; Colombo and Fonte Nova. Both of them are located around 15 minutes away, by bus.
What we liked the most
- We love the balcony which has a study table as well as comfortable chairs to relax in. You can do your work with a beautiful view of city.
- The apartment is very spacious with lots of natural light.
- The rooms have simple and elegant decor.
- The neighborhood is quite small so you will find several local markets in the area.
