The large apartment has 1 master bedroom with a double bed, and 2 single-bed rooms. There is a cozy living room, fully furnished with classic decor and a sunny, fully equipped kitchen. There are also 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
Areeiro is a central district known for its lively atmosphere and unique architecture. On Avenida Elias Garcia, you are surrounded by an endless amount of shops and restaurants, including a cinema. Although there is plenty to do nearby, you are also very well-connected to the rest of the city with a Metro stop and several bus stops nearby.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is bright with plenty of storage space.
- Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom.
- Talabi, our Homechecker, loved the location.
- You are surrounded by plenty of amenities.
- Students have the Instituto Superior Técnico less than 20 minutes away.
