This is a spacious and beautiful 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Av. Dom Carlos I. The combined living and dining area gets plenty of natural sunlight from the large window. It's a large area that includes a sofa, armchair, coffee table, television, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is separate. It's not that big, but it's fully equipped and has a dishwasher and oven. Both bedrooms have double beds and windows that let light in. The bathroom is modern and has a shower cabinet.
This apartment is located in the neighborhood of Misericórdia. It's a great spot to be if you like living near the sea. In just 11 minutes, you can walk to K Urban Beach. There are also plenty of cultural activities in this area. You can walk to either the Communications Museum or the Museum of Puppetry in 4 minutes. Get your shopping done and explore the crafts and antiques at Mercado da Ribeira. It's a 2-story, open shopping center right next to Cais do Sodré train and Metro station. On those evenings when you don't feel like cooking, head across the street to Frade dos Mares for some contemporary Portuguese cuisine.
