This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Av. Dom Carlos I has a contemporary style. The decor is tasteful and fun, with muted colors that allow a few accent colors to pop. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open-concept, with the 4-seat dining table and chairs situated just around the corner from the entrance. The kitchen and living room are separated by a breakfast bar. You have a large sofa, area rug, and a television in this room, making a great space to relax and unwind. The bedrooms both have windows that allow sunlight to come in and brighten the rooms. The bathroom also has a modern style to it.
This apartment is located in the neighborhood of Misericórdia. It's a great spot to be if you like living near the sea. In just 11 minutes, you can walk to K Urban Beach. There are also plenty of cultural activities in this area. You can walk to either the Communications Museum or the Museum of Puppetry in 4 minutes. Get your shopping done and explore the crafts and antiques at Mercado da Ribeira. It's a 2-story, open shopping center right next to Cais do Sodré train and Metro station.
