This quiet 3-bedroom apartment with rooms to rent on Rua Direita de Marvila is located on the 2nd floor. There are a few shared spaces. The first is the living and dining room. It has gorgeous wood floors and 2 sunny windows. And it’s furnished with a dining table, sofa and TV. It’s simple, but it’s a good spot to socialize. One bathroom, which has a shower, is at the entrance. There is a toilet room and a food and storage pantry around the corner in the hall. The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and additional table with chairs.
The Marvila neighborhood isn’t overrun with tourists, so it’s quite a peaceful spot in the city. However, the area does have attractions that bring in locals and visitors alike. Lisboa ao Vivo Concert Hall is a draw and during the summer the Rock in Rio concert series is held in the Bela Vista Park. Fundão Valley Urban Park is the closest one to your new home. It’s a 20-minute walk away. You’ll find plenty to occupy your time. The Fábrica do Braço de Prata cultural center has a restaurant and hosts great activities and events. It’s 5 minutes away.
