This wonderful studio apartment to rent on Rua do Poço dos Negros is a ground floor apartment. Windows are small, but the open-concept studio has a fresh and stylish atmosphere. The bathroom is spacious with a tub. The equipped one-wall kitchen has a washing machine. The rest of the space is furnished with a double bed, dining table and sitting area.
Misericórdia is great neighborhood for anyone, but especially for students. The ETIC School of Innovation and Creation Technologies and IADE Creative University are both a 5-minute walk from your new home. There are plenty of taverns and restaurants nearby. And the Tagus River is just down the street.
