This 23 m² studio apartment available to rent in the central district of Śródmieście is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The studio has simple but stylish furnishings such as a crate coffee table and wooden shelving. There is a sofa bed that opens up into a double bed, a storage unit, and a large standalone wardrobe. The kitchen corner is a clean all-white with a mini refrigerator and 2-burner stove. There are 3 small windows that overlook a plaza below and let in plenty of natural light.
The studio on Narutowicza is in the heart of Lodz City Center and is ideal for professionals or students. Right below the apartment you have a grocery store and within a few minutes' walk you have parks, museums, and art galleries. You are very well-connected, surrounded by bus and tram stops, as well as a train station.
What we liked the most
- We like the crisp white decor complemented by plenty of natural light.
- Marcin, our Homechecker, really liked the apartment.
- You are in the heart of the city, surrounded by public transportation.
- Students are just 3 minutes to the Łódź University campus.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is in a shared common area.
- The kitchen will be fully equipped before move-in.
- This is a 4th floor apartment in a building with no elevator.
