This chic 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is to rent on Friar Street in the City of London. The well-equipped kitchen opens on to a living room with a sofa and TV, while the bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the streets around this apartment, as well as a few shops including a supermarket only a 5-minute walk away. The Festival Gardens and St. Paul's Cathedral are both within a 5-minute walk as well.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The living area and bedroom are both carpeted.
- The bathroom is modern with a shower over bath, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- Leadenhall Market is only a 20-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is heating, but there is no AC.
