This spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is to rent on Alnwick Road in Beckton. This apartment includes a kitchen with a 4-burner stove and microwave, while the large bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, and looks onto a quiet garden.
There are a couple of restaurants as well as a supermarket and pharmacy within a 10-minute walk along nearby Prince Regent Lane. King George V Park is also within walking distance, and is a great place to relax or get some exercise. The larger Beckton District Park North is only a 15-minute walk away as well.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a great space to relax outside of your room.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern with a shower over bath, toilet and sink.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There are plenty of windows in the bedroom and living room to let in lots of natural light.
- The University of East London Docklands Campus is just over a half-hour walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- Although there is heating, there is no AC.
