This chic 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is to rent on Balcombe Street. It’s a stylish space with wood floors, a fireplace, and posh decor. The one-wall kitchen is well-equipped with an oven and 4-burner stove, and also includes a washer and dryer. The bathroom has modern stylings with an over-head shower, toilet and sink.
Your new flat is located in the City of Westminster. Tourists flock to the Sherlock Holmes Museum and Madame Tussauds London. Both are located just around the corner. Head south and you’re likely to bump into politicians. But students and doctors are more likely to be your neighbours in this area. The Royal College of Physicians is nearby, and so are three universities.
What we liked the most
- Although it's on the basement level, there is a big window, so you get lots of light in the open-plan living and dining area.
- If you need to get around London it will be a piece of cake with all the public transport options nearby.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook up a storm including pots and plates.
- This apartment has heating to keep you warm throughout the cooler months.
- There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom so you have plenty of storage for your belongings.
Things to keep in mind
- There are stairs leading to this apartment and no elevator.
- The bedroom is spacious and well-equipped but does not have a window for natural light.
