Six rooms are available for rent in a shared house on Vicarage Road. This nicely renovated Leyton home has two floors, featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry room, and the shared open plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor, and four bedrooms and a second bathroom on the upper level. All rooms are fully furnished and all utilities are included in the monthly rent. This large house will be a good place to meet new people, with the common area designed to encourage interaction amongst all tenants, being the room all occupants will use to prepare their meals and watch television. The house is located approximately six miles from London's city centre, but close to Leyton underground station. Alternatively buses 69 and 97 stop two minutes from the house and can take you into central London in 25 minutes.

- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has two refrigerators.
- The common room is furnished with two sofas, a dining table and a very large flat screen television, ideal for organising a movie night with the house mates or watching sport.

- Rent includes all utilities, and Wi-Fi is already installed and activated.
- There are two shared bathrooms, one located on each floor.
