This modern, newly renovated studio flat is available to rent. The flat is quite spacious, with a double bed and wardrobe, and space for a sofa or desk. The kitchen is brand new, with an oven and washing machine and fridge freezer. There is also plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom has new, modern fittings and is a wet room with a shower.
The flat is very close to Kilburn High Road, which has lots of shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars. 2 stations are within a very short walk, one with links to central London, the other with links to the east and west. The pretty Kilburn Grange park is less than 5 minute's walk.
What we liked the most
- The flat is very close to transport links across London.
- The area is residential and quiet, but the proximity to the busy Kilburn High Road means that shopping and nightlife is nearby.
- We love that the apartment is newly renovated, with brand-new fixtures.
- Kilburn Grange park is very close and the perfect place to relax on a sunny afternoon.
