Located on a picturesque street in Earl's Court is this 34 m² studio apartment for rent, perfect for an individual or couple. The studio makes the most of the space available with the double bed located on a mezzanine floor. With access to a private balcony, the apartment feels bigger and receives plenty of natural light and fresh air. The main room has a small living room area with a couch and television, and a fully equipped kitchen corner with a breakfast bar.
Earl's Court is a residential area in the larger Kensington borough which is known for it's charming streets and luxury properties. On Penywern Road, you are on a mostly residential street with an antique shop and grocery store just minutes away. For shops, restaurants, and more, you can walk over to Earls Court Road , where you will also find the Underground.
What we liked the most
- A studio kitchen with an oven is a rare find!
- The mezzanine floor also has a shelving unit.
- You have a private balcony but also have access to the building courtyard.
- You are well-connected by the Underground and Overground.
Things to keep in mind
- The bed is on a mezzanine floor with low ceilings that may be uncomfortable for taller tenants.
- The washing machine and dryer are located in a shared laundry room.
- Please note that bed linen and towels are NOT included, but this service is available at an additional cost.
