This modern studio apartment, which is accessed through the house in which the landlady lives, with a single bed and a bathroom is for rent on Thornwood Close in Redbridge. The kitchen comes with an oven, as well as a refrigerator and some cupboard space. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower.
There is a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, and there are a few other stores nearby as well. There are a few restaurants within a 10-minute walk on George Lane as well. The Roding Valley Park is also nearby, and is a great place to explore when the weather is good.
The landlady will swap the single bed for a double bed if a couple wishes to move in.

- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the studio apartment.
