This fantastic studio apartment is to rent on Camberwell Road in Southwark. The generous 21.5 m² footprint includes a bathroom with a shower over bath, double bed and a kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. The building also has a communal garden that you can use, perfect for getting to know your neighbours on a sunny day.
Burgess Park is within walking distance, and the O2 Academy Brixton and Brixton Market are both around a half-hour walk away. Closer to the apartment you will find a few shops and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen has a microwave and 4-burner stove as well as a sink.
- There are 2 large windows to let in plenty of natural light.
- There is a large wardrobe so you have plenty of space for your belongings.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The property already has towels, bedlinen and kitchen essentials for you to use.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is located in the common laundry room.
- Although the kitchen has everything you need to cook, there is no oven.
