This studio flat to rent on Inverness Terrace is on the 4th floor. There isn’t an elevator, but the walk upstairs is worth it. The flat is on the top floor and has slanted ceilings. It’s gorgeous, with two large and bright windows. The bathroom has a shower cabinet and it’s small, but the rest of the open-plan space is roomy. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, stove, and oven. The rest of the space is stylish and furnished with a folding dining table, a sofa and sofa bed, coffee table, shelving, and TV. The double bed is behind one of the sofas. This area is furnished with 2 night tables and a standalone wardrobe.
Your new home is located in the western part of the City of Westminster. Your street is lined with gorgeous buildings. You are only a 3-minute walk away from Kensington Gardens. Hyde Park is nearby and you can walk to the City of Westminster College, too. There are other schools in the neighbourhood, and you can easily hop on the Tube to get to them. There is a Tesco Express around the corner, and a Waitrose supermarket up the street. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are everywhere. The Queens skate, dine, and bowl is 5 minutes away. And you can keep fit at the nearby Pure Gym.

- The flat is stylish, bright, and has everything you need.
- The building has a common laundry room for tenants to use.
- You can walk to City of Westminster College. Several other schools are a Metro ride away.
- Kensington Gardens and Palace are just a quick 3 minutes down the street.
Things to keep in mind
- This studio flat is on the top floor of a 4-story building without an elevator, so you'll get plenty of exercise on those stairs.
