This recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment is located in the multicultural and increasingly popular Guillotière area, on the left bank of the Rhone. The neighborhood has several public transport options and is conveniently close to the city center. New bars, restaurants, and shops are popping up here, and it is a fantastic area if you are looking for a fun, young, and ethnic neighborhood. The mezzanine apartment is split level and features parquet floors and an open floor plan in the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen has brand new appliances, including a hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, and washing machine. At 43 sqm, the apartment has a spacious feel and plenty of storage, such as a large built in wardrobe in the bedroom.
What we liked the most
- The apartment was recently renovated and has beautiful parquet floors and a modern bathroom.
- All utilities and WiFi are included in the price.
- You will be living in the popular Guillotière neighborhood, close to several university campuses and Lyon's Chinatown.
