This cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom flat is available for rent in La Villette, in Lyon's 3rd arrondissement. At 36 sqm, the flat is fully furnished and features a spacious living and dining area with wood floors and an open floor plan. In the bedroom you will find ample storage and the en suite bathroom, which has a large modern shower. La Villette is a well connected area just outside Lyon's center, and it offers a neighborhood feel as well as great amenities. You will also be very close to several universities, making this a great option for a student.
What we liked the most
- The universities ISCOM Lyon, Jean Moulin University Lyon 3, and IAE Lyon are all within walking distance.
- The open floor plan in the living and kitchen area make this apartment feel much larger than its 36 sqm.
- There is ample storage and shelving throughout the entire flat, including the bedroom.
- The 3rd arrondissement has a large shopping center, several metro and tram stops, and small parks to enjoy.
