The 7th arrondissement is a mostly residential area that is very well-connected to the city centre. This area is very close to Guillotière - a neighbourhood that is becoming increasingly well-known for its assortment of unique bars and vegetarian restaurants. On Sundays, tenants can walk 9 minutes to reach the market that takes place on Place Jean Macé.
