A spacious, 50 m², 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent in Villeurbanne, just next to Lyon. This apartment is quite sizeable, and has plenty of storage space for your belongings. While there is no communal living room, the bedrooms are spacious and the long kitchen is fully equipped.
This apartment is situated on Rue des Charmettes in Villeurbanne. Despite not technically being a part of Lyon, Villeurbanne is an extension of the city, and is connected to the centre by public transport. The local area is residential, and has all the shops, cafés and restaurants that you need. When you need to reach central Lyon, you can catch the metro from Charpennes which is 4 minutes away.
What we liked the most

- The apartment has a large balcony which looks out over the local area.
