This 32 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the residential town of Vénissieux. The ground floor apartment opens up to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen corner comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a meal and a mini refrigerator. The room has a dining table for 2, an exterior window, and also leads to the full bathroom and bedroom area. The bedroom is well-sized and can be used as a place to relax with a sofa located underneath the loft bed.
Vénissieux is town located right outside of Lyon but that is well-connected by metro and tram. On Rue Marx Dormoy, you are located on a quiet residential street. There are some restaurants and shops nearby, but you also have the Venissieux shopping center about 10 minutes away on foot. When in the mood to head to the city, you can reach Lyon in about 45 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom has plenty of storage space.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything including a red washing machine.
- You are only 10-minutes away from the Vénissieux shopping center.
