A large, 56.5m2, 2 room apartment is for rent in Lyon's 7th arrondissement close to several universities. This area is full of quirky bars, restaurants and cafés, as well as plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets that provide everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The property boasts a spacious, luminous kitchen with plenty of worktop surfaces for meal preparation. There is 1 common living room which is attached to the 2nd bedroom, and tenants can also spend time together in the hallway which has a sofa. Jean Macé is the closest metro station, and can be reached in 7 minutes.
What we liked the most
- University Lyon 2 can be reached in 10 minutes, and University Lyon 3 is 17 minutes away. Sciences Po campus can be reached in 12 minutes.
- This apartment has a living room area and another communal area in the hallway.
- Jean Macé metro station is 7 minutes away, and Saxe-Gambetta station is also 7 minutes from the flat.
- Many places within Lyon's centre are within walking distance from the property.
