This affordable 2-bedroom apartment has 1 shared bathroom and covers an area of 63 m2. The living and dining area is very spacious and features a large dining table, a comfortable couch, a coffee table and a television. Bedroom 2 and the common areas are nice and bright, with large exterior windows letting in plenty of natural light. The double bed in bedroom 2 is a comfy sofa bed.
The apartment is located on Rue Transversale, in Vaise. This neighbourhood is located on the north-west side of the city, and here you will find plenty of shops and supermarkets, as well as restaurants and bars. The area is also home to the IDRAC Business School Lyon Campus, and the School of Communication ISCPA.
What we liked the most
- The living and dining area is very spacious and furnished with a comfortable couch, coffee table, and television.
- The dining room features a large dining table with 6 chairs, perfect for entertaining.
- There is plenty of extra storage space in the common areas.
- Both of the rooms feature heating units.
- The apartment is ideal for students, with the Business School Lyon Campus and School of Communication ISCPA both in the area.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 is internal and does not have a window.
- Wi-Fi is not installed in this apartment.
