This 47m2, 1-bedroom property for rent is a spacious apartment perfect for couples or individuals. The apartment has lots of personality, with marble flooring and different coloured walls. There are separate kitchen and living room areas, both with windows. There is also 1 en-suite bathroom and 1 toilet room.

The apartment is located in the uptown neighbourhood of Brotteaux. Here you will find plenty of up-scale restaurants and bars. You also have a train station and shopping centre​ only a 5-minute walk away from the apartment.

What we liked the most

  • The living room has a sofa-bed and an extendable dining table.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove top, oven, and double sink.
  • There is a toilet room, which is great for guests!
  • The bedroom has elegant red-painted walls and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
  • There is a train station and shopping mall a 5-minute walk away from the apartment.

Things to keep in mind
