This 86 m², 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent to professionals only, but is perfect for couples and families. One word to describe this property is spacious. You have a huge living room that is furnished with a large couch and opens up to one of the large balconies. All 3 bedrooms are also a good size and have balcony access. The kitchen also opens up to a balcony and comes fully equipped. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room to share.

Champvert is a peaceful residential area in the 9th arrondissement. You are well-connected to the city by trian and highways, but have plenty of services within walking distance. Just across the street you have the large Parc de la Chapelle and can find a pharmacy, pizzeria, and supermarket less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has huge windows that keep it constantly sunlit and elegant hard wood floors.
  • There is a spacious balcony on each side of the apartment and all bedrooms have access to it.
  • There are 2 huge closets in the corridors – a standalone wardrobe and a walk-in closet.
  • Bedroom 2 has a loft bed with a double mattress and a sofa-bed that converts into a double bed underneath.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.

Things to keep in mind

  • You have access to public transportation, but having a car is convenient.
