This 1-bedroom apartment with balcony in Part Dieu Vilette is 53 m² and includes a spacious living room, equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The living area and bedroom get excellent natural light from the windows and balcony, and there is plenty of storage space.

Part Dieu Vilette is close to public transport, and the surrounding neighbourhood offers multiple sports complexes for the active types. Centre Commercial Part-Dieu is a 14-minute walk from the apartment, providing easy access to restaurants, bars and shops.

What we liked the most

  • There is a double bed in the living area and 2 single beds in the bedroom.
  • The beds are beautifully furnished, with crisp white duvet covers and pink cushions.
  • The bedroom is very bright as it gets a lot of natural light from the window to the street.
  • There is a very large wardrobe in the bedroom.
  • There are multiple parks in the surrounding area.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the ground floor at street level so there may be some traffic nearby. However, Part Dieu Vilette is a residential neighbourhood removed from the noise of more commercial areas.
