This 100 m², 3-bedroom house in Villeurbanne has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and receives plenty of natural light. The property can accommodate up to 5 occupants, and has a living area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Villeurbanne is a town right next to Lyon that is mostly residential but offers numerous options to dine and shop. The Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and INSA Lyon are easily accesible on public transport, making this area ideal for students.
