This apartment is situated on Rue Charles Richard in Montchat, a tranquil, residential neighbourhood. The local area has more houses than apartment buildings, and there are also a few shops and cafés for you to use. Montchat is quite green, and Parc Georges Bazin and Parc Chambovet are not far from your apartment. Montchat is not that well connected by public transport, there are buses and trams nearby, but cycling is also a great way to move around Lyon.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has lots of natural light.
- The interior of the property is modern, simple and comfortable.
- There is a bathtub with a shower option.
- The apartment is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and a dryer.
- The local area is tranquil and quite green - there are more houses than apartment, which gives Montchat more of a residential feel.
- You can walk to Lyon 3 Sans Souci campus in about 25 minutes.
Things to keep in mind
- This neighbourhood isn't the best for public transport. There are metro and tram stops within walking distance, but it's best if you use a bike.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it has a microwave and a stove.
