A couple-friendly 1 bedroom apartment is for rent next to the La Doua campus. Situated on the eighth floor, the apartment is fitted with multiple skylights and comes fully furnished for comfort. This 40m2 property would be perfect for a couple, as the bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to create a double bed. Tenants will benefit from having a tram station within a five minute walk and the INSA Lyon and Claude Bernard University Lyon 1 campuses are a few minutes' stroll away. The flat is located in the commune of Villeurbanne, a popular area to the northeast of the city center.
What we liked the most
- Located next to the La Doua campus, where you will find Claude Bernard University (Lyon I), CPE Lyon, and the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon (INES de Lyon), this apartment would be ideal for students looking for a very short commute to class.
- There is a doorman on-site in case you have any inquiries.
- There is a common courtyard accessible to all tenants where you can have barbeques.
- Being on the eighth floor, the living room area features two skylights that flood the apartment with natural light.
- The kitchen comes fully equipped with a two-element stove, small refrigerator, and an extractor. Tenants will have utensils, plates, cups, and a pots and pans to cook a meal.
- Tram stop for line T4 is a few minutes away, allowing tenants to access the city center with ease.
