Stylish and colorful en-suite rooms with fantastic facilities and all utilities included are available for rent in a social residence hall, situated on Cours Albert Thomas in the friendly area of Monplaisir. This residence hall is a fantastic opportunity for those who prefer to live in a social atmosphere with a common kitchen, living and laundry area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of space for everybody to cook, with a large counter top and lots of storage, fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. In the same space as the kitchen there is also a shared living area with sofas and a large flat-screen television, as well as games, ensuring you'll always be entertained.
The residence is in a complex of building situated around a beautiful, tranquil Japanese style garden. It is in the area of Monplaisir, on the border between arrondissements 3 and 8, a well connected area, close to plenty of universities as well metro stations, providing easy access to the city centre and other parts of Lyon. Shopping in the area is convenient, too, with Avenue des Frères Lumière a couple of minute's walk away. Here you will find all the shopping you need, including grocery stores, such as a Carrefour Drive and a Biocoop, along with several cafes and restaurants.

- What's not to love about this residence? The luxury feel, with all the careful finishing touches, and neat ideas (like those magnetic reading lamps) make this property a clear choice.
- The common kitchen area is fully furnished, combined with a living area as well as a game room - a perfect place to socialise with the rest of the residents.
- There are designated storage spaces and fridge spaces for each of the 7 tenants.
- We love how colorful this residence hall is - it provides an ideal friendly atmosphere.
- The rooms for rent are modern and stylish, featuring an excellent private bathroom.
- The residence hall is close to Jean Moulin University and Faculté de Médecine Lyon Est as well as plenty of other Lyon universities.
- All utility bills are already included in the rent and cleaning services as well as bed linen are provided.
- You will have easy access to metro stations and can easily reach the city centre and other parts of Lyon.
- Local amenities are easy to reach and plentiful.
