This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. Wi-Fi is installed in the property and it is activated. Utility bills are approximately €50 per month per person.

There are 4 semi-independent studios for rent for students in a shared apartment in Lyon's 3rd arrondissement. This neighbourhood is part of the business district, and tenants can find bars, restaurants and cafés nearby. Each bedroom in this apartment complex has its own en-suite bathroom, but all 4 rooms share a communal kitchen. The kitchen area is situated in the basement and is very spacious, fully equipped with modern appliances. There is a separate laundry room in the basement that can also serve as a storage room.
What we liked the most
- Each bedroom features its own bathroom.
- The property boasts an exceptionally spacious kitchen area.
- Tenants can walk 19 minutes to reach Part-Dieu shopping centre, train station and metro station.
- Dauphiné, the closest tram stop, is 11 minutes from the apartment.
